International Orders and Shipping

We ship worldwide and charge shipping based on the country and province. Please be aware that additional customs charges may apply at the customers expense. We are not responsible for any additional cost customs may require for order and refunds will not be given.

 

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 5-7 business days for all other order to receive tracking information. leaving the warehouse for a total order-to-delivery time of 7-10 business days, but if you'd like to check on the status of your shipment, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to help. (Excluding Holidays)

After the 7th business day, if you have NOT received TRACKING information (excludes delivery) please email us at support@msmcards.zendesk.com so we can assist.

We will get back to you within 24-48 hours, most times sooner. If you feel your emails are not reaching us, please DM us via Instagram at @msmcardgame or at @shopderrickjaxn. Our alternate email is support@shopderrickjaxn.zendesk.com and inquiries sent there will be forwarded to the correct department as well.
